2. Permission to work in the UK

Ariana M & J Limited, uses only cleaners & maintenance /renovation/ labours,who are fully legal to work in the UK. We are very strict in this area, both for the protection of our clients, the agency and it is reputation

3. Can I meet the cleaner/maintenance labour first?

Yes, it is always a good idea to meet the cleaner/ maintenance/renovation/  labour first. Ariana M & J Limited, will arrange a meeting with the cleaner or labour at your house at a convenient time to yourself, which can be in the daytime, evening or weekend.

4. Can you provide references from some of your customers?

Yes, we can provide references from our current customers.

5. How do you ensure quality of your cleaners / maintenance labour ?

Our cleaners and maintenance/renovation/  labour are interviewed at our office to ensure the suitability of the applicant. In addition to that we require cleaners to provide us with verifiable proof of identification, address and two references, one of which has to be a previous employer

6. How long will it take you to find me a cleaner/ maintenance labour?

We try to supply you with a suitable cleaner or maintenance/renovation/  labour within 5 days. Sometimes it may take just 1 hour depending on where you are, what days you want etc.

7. Who provides the Cleaning Materials

We use your or own cleaning materials. Some customers like the cleaner to leave a note saying what they need. Customers like the comfort of buying the cleaning materials they like, so their home can smell and feel exactly how they would like it to.

8. Can my cleaner   or maintenance labour come when I am at work?

You can leave a set of keys with the cleaner or or maintenance/renovation/  labour. You don't have to be in on the day the cleaner comes.

9. Will I have the same cleaner or maintenance labour every week?

You will have the same house cleaner  or or maintenance labour looking after your home on every cleaning or maintenance labour visit. We will not replace , unless you request the change yourself.

10. What is the minimum number of hours?

As a minimum we do 3 hours a week for regular cleaning/ironing and minimum 4 hours for one-off basic cleaning.5hours minimum per maintenance service.

11. What do I do if the cleaner/ maintenance labour doesn't turn up?

If happens, please call us and we can arrange another cleaner/maintenance labour to come.

12. What happens if I go away or don’t need the service for a period of time?

Let us know at least 24 hours before you leave. You can freeze your service as long as you wish and you will not be charged for it at all. If you are going away for more than a month then we may find a different cleaner, but we will inform you about any changes.

13. What if I have pets?

Please let us know, if you have pets when you book and we will find you cleaner or maintenance/renovation/  labour, who is happy to work around both cats and dogs.

14. Can I have a cleaner / maintenance labour for an hour per cleaning visit?

Unfortunately not. You will have to book the minimum of 3 hours per cleaning visit or 5 hoursper

15. Who pays the cleaner/ maintenance labour, you or me?

We do. Our clients pay the cleaner/maintenance labour services by all credit/debit cards, bank transfers, cheques or cash.

16. How much is one-off cleaning?

One-off basic cleaning costs£ 8.00/hour per cleaner and minimum of 4 hours.

17. What happens if I move house?

We can transfer your account to another address in London within the M25 area.

18. What are your cleaner’s working hours?

Our cleaners work any day of the week from 08.00 to 19.00. Cleaners can finish later than 19.00 if pre-agreed with Ariana M & J Limited.

19. Holiday Pay

Holiday pay is not required as your cleaner/maintenance/renovation/  labour will be self employed.

 

20. Do you provide replacement if my cleaner/maintenance labour is ill or goes on a holiday?

Yes. We will find you a replacement cleaner/maintenance labour, who will continue the regular cleaning service at your home. If you don't require a replacement and wish to wait until your regular cleaner is back, please let us know.

21. What happens if we are not happy with the cleaner/maintenance labour?

If you think that the cleaner /maintenance labour doesn't meet your expectations please give us a call or simply email us and we will have a chat with them. If on the second visit you are still not satisfied then we will send a new cleaner/maintenance labour and we make sure they do the job properly.

22. Does your staff speak English?

Our staffs mostly speak English on communicative level. Some of them speak only Basic English. If you have any problems with communication just contact our office and ask us about translation. We do all we can to make our services better so if you have any special request just leave a note or email us we will pass it to your cleaner!

23. Can your staff wash, laundry and iron, shop, and do some odd work?

Our cleaners are prepared to meet all your needs -just tell us what you would like us to do and we will take care of it! Please do ensure that you have fully briefed your cleaner if you wish them to do laundry for you.

24. When can we contact your office?

You can contact us anytime! Our normal business hours are from 9:30am to 6:30 pm weekdays and from 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday. In emergency we will contact you as soon as possible.

 

25. Do I have to sign a contract for Domestics Aspects  Cleaning Services ?

We have Terms and Conditions. Except cleaning service for Hospital, Medical Surgery Cleaner Service, Schools  & University cleaning service, Hotel Cleaner Service
But it is your decision to sign it or not. We don't want You to feel obligated.

26. Do I have to pay a cancellation fee?

We believe that if we matched your needs you would not cancel our service and we are taking responsibility for that. If you chose to cancel, you will not be charged any fee.

27. Key Security Form

Our careful cleaner vetting and monitoring means, that we do not have any problems with key security. We do however recommend using the Key Security Deposit form with cleaners if you give them keys.

28. Insurance

The Agency Fee includes insurance for damage to property for maximum amount

We accept all credit/debit cards, bank transfers, cheques & cash .
