Schools & University cleaning service/Contract/
Rate : Client pays- £ 8.00/ Cleaner rate- £6.00/ Agency fee-£2.00/per hour / per cleaner (Minimum 4 hours per session ,or 8 hours per work day)

Ariana M & J Limited ,cleaning offers professional and reliable Schools  & University /contarct/cleaning services for every household. We provide the whole range of cleaning and hygiene services for domestic clients that cover just about any cleaning problem you may have.

Ariana M & J Limited is giving the opportunity for the conditions in the contracts between the sides : the client or an institution and the executive- Ariana M & J Limite,taking into account the regulations for the in-order,and the secifics of the work of the client,time table of the staff,the specifics of the building,the requires about the cleaners as number,areas that should be cleaned,time table and strict implementation of the duties of the cleaning staff.

Ariana M & J Limited ,accepts signing contracts for cleaning services as it is:

A contract for 3,6 and 12 months for cleaning services from the executive.
at the moment of signing the conract,the executive- Ariana M & J Limited is due to follow strictly the conditions and the regulations of the clent in the contract for the period of the contract.
The client is obliged to pay a depozit /bank transfer,cheque/ from the whole sum for the service as it follwos:
per 3 months cleaning services 15% of the whole sum for the period
per 6 months cleaning services 10% of the whole sum for the period
per 12 months cleaning services 5% of the whole sum for the period

When the pre-payed period of time ends,the client should pay the rest of the sum for the period till the end of the contract as it is on every 1st and 15th date of the existing month till the end of the contracted time.
When the contragted time ends, if there is no written disagreements,from both sides of the contract : the client and the executive - Ariana M & J Limited, the contract should be continued in the same conditions as it was and the client will NOT  pre-pay the service.

Weekly:
Dust Ledges.

Monthly:
Dust Pipes & Skirtings.

Laboratories

Weekly:
Sweep & Mop Floors.

Daily:
Empty Bins, Mop/Vacuum Floor,Dust Accessible Furniture

PC Cluster Rooms

Daily:
Empty Bins, Remove rubbish from worktops and floors, Mop/Vacuum Floor,Dust Accessible Furniture

Weekly:
Damp-dust worktops where accessible, Dust Skirtings & Ledges.

Common Rooms

Weekly:
Empty bins, Vacuum carpeted floors, Sweep & Mop Hard Floors.

Monthly:
Dust Pipes & Skirtings.


Library Circulation Areas

NB: Where there is a catering outlet it is expected that catering staff will assume responsibility for mopping spilled coffee and clearing waste bags to a designated collection
point.
